The Greek pay-TV platform Cosmote TV now has 500,000 subscribers.
Furthermore, more than 250,000 have already migrated to hybrid services, which were introduced in 2016.
According to Dimitris Michalakis, Cosmote TV’s executive director, “In 2016, a challenging year, Cosmote TV sustained its growth. With an already strong portfolio, we continued investing in new content and introduced cutting-edge technology services, responding to our subscribers’ need for personalized TV services. In 2017, as the market matures, we will keep our focus on new services and customer experience”.
Cosmote TV offers viewers over 90 digital TV channels, 32 of which are in HD.
They include Cosmote History, the only documentary channel in Greece focusing on Greek culture and history.
Cosmote TV’s new generation services include Cosmote Replay TV, Cosmote Cinema on Demand, Cosmote TV Plus and Cosmote TV Go.
