This week, VodafoneZiggo has introduced its new name, but the two brands, Ziggo and Vodafone, will be retained in the new company.
“By combing the fixed network of Ziggo and the mobile network of Vodafone, we are creating a new digital highway in the Netherlands. Connectivity and communication are the pillars of our society and economy. The demands on our digital infrastructure are simply higher. By investing permanently, we want to build a business of which the Netherlands can be proud. That is our ambition, ” said VodafoneZiggo CEO Jeroen Hoencamp (pictured).
“For enterprising Netherlands we are now and in the future, the communications partner of choice. How big, small, young or old your business is, VodafoneZiggo ensures that entrepreneurs can count on a reliable digital infrastructure of the highest quality.”
The statutory management of the company is headed by CEO Jeroen Hoencamp and CFO Ritchy Drost. The other board members are Robin Kroes (Strategy), Marcel de Groot (Consumer market), John van Vianen (Business market), Anja Maassen van den Brink (HR), Ruben Uppelschoten (Customer Operations), Eben Albertyn (Technology), Barbara Jongerden (Legal & Regulatory) and Marieke Dekker (External Affairs).
