The Polish national commercial broadcaster TVN has signed an exclusive multi-year agreement with NBCUniversal International Distribution.
Under it, TVN will get access to Universal Pictures’ 2015 slate. NBCUniversal’s latest TV series will also be made available to TVN viewers and player.pl users.
Commenting on the development, Piotr Korycki, VP of the management board at TVN, who brokered the deal on behalf of the company, said: “We are thrilled that we will be able to access NBCUniversal’s top content and bring it to our audience. Once again, TVN proves to be the home of the most popular feature film franchises in the Polish market. We are convinced that this will be appreciated by our viewers.”
