Jan Kemper will become chief financial officer (CFO) and executive board member of German media company ProSiebenSat.1 from June 1, 2017.
Kemper is currently senior vice president finance at online retailer Zalando where he is in charge of finance, real estate and indirect procurement and oversaw the company’s IPO.
At ProSiebenSat.1, the 36-year old will succeed Gunnar Wiedenfels who is leaving the company at the end of March 2017 to join Discovery Communications in New York.
From April 1 to May 31, 2017, Ralf Peter Gierig will be heading the finance department in his role as deputy CFO.
