Accedo and Digiflare are being brought together under the Accedo name. The combined organisation will be headed by Accedo’s Michael Lantz
Stockholm’s Accedo was founded in 2004 by Michael Lantz and Fredrik Andersson, and Toronto-based Digiflare was founded in 2008 by David George and Mano Kulasingam.
“We are excited to join the Accedo team and merge our products, services and expertise.” said Mano Kulasingam, co-CEO, Digiflare. “As video trends continue to evolve, our combined capabilities will create greater value for our customers, delivering dynamic, true-native video apps at the forefront of the TV viewing experience on a global, unprecedented scale.”

The two companies have highly complementary products, a strong market position, and an impressive portfolio of customers and partners, who will directly benefit from our combined video experience solution offering.
