Spain’s Telefónica has reacted to growing competition in its home market by offering a six-month discount of 50% for Movistar’s Fusión Contigo to new customers.
At the same time, reports El Economista, it has maintained its offer to attract new TV subscribers to Movistar Fusión +, providing the Premium Extra TV package free of charge for two months.
The Fusión Contigo offer includes a fibre-optic connection of 50 Mbps, fixed and mobile telephony packages and Movistar+.
The latter gives access to TV services, including all DTT channels, plus over 6,000 film titles on any device.
