The Polish cable operator Multimedia Polska ended the third quarter with 1.74 million Revenue Generating Units (RGUs), or 5.2% more than a year earlier.
Meanwhile, its customer total as of the end of September stood at 835,000.
The company’s revenues in the first nine months of the year amounted to PLN550 million (€124.2 million), up 4.4% on a year earlier.
Within that, TV revenues grew by 4.5% to PLN273 million.
TV accounted for 49.6% of Multimedia’s revenues, followed by internet (30.6%), telephony (12.7%) and other services (7.1%).
EBITDA for the first nine months of the year was PLN253.8 million the net profit PLN21.9 million.
Multimedia’s investments over the period totalled PLN169 million.
As previously reported by Broadband TV News, Liberty Global has agreed to buy Multimedia, with the deal now awaiting the approval of the competion authority.
