The Hungarian incumbent Magyar Telekom will transform its TV offer on November 2 by launching a new package named Super Family HD.
Consisting of over 110 channels, it will combine almost all the content of the former Family + HD and Movie World and Great World Mini packages, as well as Fishing & Hunting and the Classica channels.
When received via IPTV, Super Family HD will consist of 98 HD and 24 HD channels, while on the telco’s satellite TV service it will offer 93 SD and 22 HD channels.
When taken as part of a two-year IPTV loyalty package, it will cost HUF4,610 (€14.87) a month to receive.
Super Family HD will be made available to existing subscribers for no additional cost to view on smartphones and tablets on the TVGO application, as well as online on www.tvgo.hu. However, viewers wishing to watch HBO and adult channels will have to pay an additional fee.
The Hungarian incumbent entered the TV market in 2006 and its services currently have almost 900,000 subscribers.
It says that with the new package it aims to provide customers with the widest possible viewing experience, not only at home buy any and anywhere via its TVGO. service.
