Motorvision TV, the German pay-TV channel for car and motor sports fans, can be received outside the Sky Deutschland platform for the first time.
OTT provider Mobile2Morrow Television (M2M TV) has commenced distribution of the German-language channel, thereby entering the German market. Motorvision TV can be received on smartphones, tablets, laptops, PCs and smart TV sets through M2M TV.
The internet TV platform offers a basic package for €5.99 per month; the first month is free of charge. For Motorvision TV, viewers have to pay €6.99 per month in addition to the basic package subscription.
The international, English-language version of Motorvision TV has been offered by M2M TV since August 2016.
Motorvision TV which launched in 2009 has so far exclusively been available on Sky Deutschland in Germany and Austria. The channel stays on the Sky platform, but only via satellite.
Motorvision TV will continue to transmit the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series live next year. With the beginning of the new season in February 2017, the channel will be offered in HD quality for the first time.
