Krisztina Homolay, managing director of CTAM Europe, will leave the organisation on December 31, 2016.

Homolay departs having spent ten years with the non–profit, membership based organisation which supports marketing and educational initiatives within the European cable industry.

CTAM Europe is currently searching for Homolay’s successor.

Under the management of Homolay CTAM Europe has become a strong brand within the European cable industry, as a provider of marketing education, information and networking opportunities through its outstanding programs such as more than 10 years of hosting the EuroSummit events, the Executive Education Programme co- developed and hosted at INSEAD, workshops and webinars in support of membership needs.

As of January 1, 2016, CTAM Europe activities have been performed under the legal structure of Cable Europe, a non profit, membership based organisation located in Brussels. The EuroSummit event will continue as part of the annual Cable Congress.

“We thank Krisztina for a decade of service bringing together all facets of the dynamic European cable business to deliver better products to consumers” said CTAM Europe co-chair Inge Smidts, CMO, Liberty Global.

“Among Krisztina’s many contributions to CTAM Europe is her ability to recruit thought-provoking business leaders who inspire our members to be more creative marketers” added Marco Frazer, SVP of Distribution and Business Development UK & Western Europe, AMC Networks and co-chair CTAM Europe.

“I had ten wonderful years at CTAM Europe, where I learned a lot about our business and met some amazing and inspiring executives who changed my professional life forever. I am so proud of the success we achieved and I am sure my successor will continue to grow the organisation and take it to the next level” said Homolay.
