German pay-TV broadcaster Sky Deutschland will set up a pop-up channel for the fans of the Harry Potter movie series.
From November 4-20, 2016, Sky Cinema Harry Potter HD will show all eight films of Warner Bros. Entertainment’s fantasy franchise 24 hours per day, from Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone (2001) to Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 (2011) in chronological order.
The pop-up channel will replace movie channel Sky Hits in this period. The Harry Potter movies will also be available on mobile devices and on demand through Sky On Demand, Sky Go and Sky Ticket.
Sky Deutschland’s previous pop-up channels include Sky Cinema Star Wars HD, Sky 007 HD, Sky Thrones HD, Sky Disney Prinzessinnen HD and Sky Christmas HD. The broadcaster plans to offer further temporary channels in future.
