The M7 Group-owned DTH platform Skylink has launched an internet TV service.
Known as Skylink Live TV, it allows viewers to watch selected programmes on other devices in the home (smartphone, tablets or PCs), play back programmes from a 30-hour archive and watch online movies from Banaxi.
Skylink will also be shortly be introducing the Samsung EVO-S HD receiver, which will provide such additional features for Skylink Live TV as being simultaneously able to watch and record up to two additional programmes and use a mobile or tablet as a smart remote control.
Skylink Live TV is available to all Skylink customers in the two countries – the Czech Republic and Slovakia – the platform operates in. It requires an internet connection of at least 10Mbps.
Customers are being offered Skylink Live TV free up until the end of the year and the Banaxi online video service free for one month.
