Antik Technology has developed a unique interactive set-top box with OTT content and smart home/IoT gateway.
Known as the Antik Mini2S, it combines all the advantages of a modern interactive satellite receiver such as HDTV, catch-up, timeshift and VOD services with the new IoT world in one device.
An embedded 868MHz transmitter compatible with ZWave standard offers connectivity to unlimited family of smarthome devices, such as intelligent meters, wall-plugs, LED bulbs, security sensors or smart-scales. Antik itself produces large family of smarthome sensors – fully compatible with Mini 2 and other ZWave hubs.
Antik, which is exhibiting at IBC in Hall 14 Stand 14.E05, itself produces large family of smart home sensors – fully compatible with Mini 2 and other ZWave hubs.
According to Igor Kolla, the general manager of Antik Technology,
“We used our long-term HW development experience to bring the device, which helps telcos to save on their IoT roll-out costs within households.
“To reduce the costs-to-market even more, we also bring our own reasonably priced sensors and IoT upgrade of Antik Middleware 2.0”.
