Joj Family, a new Slovak channel aimed specifically at the Czech market, has made its debut.
According to Parabola, it is being distributed by the DTH platform Skylink in HD and terrestrially on the fourth multiplex in SD.
It adds that that the channel is showing mostly productions from TV Joj, one of the leading broadcasters in Slovakia, some of which are dubbed into Czech.
In due course, it will also include non-Slovak productions such as foreign films.
However, Joj TV’s portfolio already includes Joj Cinema, a movie channel broadcast only in English that is available in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
