Romania’s RCS&RDS has called an extraordinary AGM for its shareholders on September 23.
According to ZF, quoting the Official Gazette, it will seek a capital share reduction from RON42,206,417 (€9,461,100) to RON38,594,163.
This will be done by reducing or cancelling a number of its 36,122,540 own shares with a nominal value of RON3,612,254, representing a contribution of €818,324 or RON734,044.
RCS&RDS is the leading cable and DTH operator in Romania and also has a strong presence in neighbouring Hungary.
