Euroconsult takes majority stake in Satconsult

August 24, 2016 10.52 Europe/London By Robert Briel

euroconsult logoEuroconsult has taken a majority stake in Southern Aerospace & Telecom Consulting (Satonsult), an independent consulting company based in Toulouse.

Satconsult is focused on supporting the development of satellite infrastructure worldwide. Under the terms of the agreement, Euroconsult and Satconsult will continue to operate as separate companies and will work in concert on a project-by-project basis. Together, their teams cover the full spectrum of customers’ requirements in the satellite industry including market, financial, technical, operational and legal assessments.

“We are excited about the possibilities this acquisition brings to the market,” said Pacome Revillon, CEO of Euroconsult.

“When we began this process, we realized that both Euroconsult and SATConsult share the same philosophy of business and both have the same highly regarded reputation within the industry, yet in complementary domains. This partnership allows the two companies to offer a combined end-to-end service with the level of experience and professionalism that industry stakeholders have come to expect from us both. We look forward to a long, fruitful partnership and bid welcome to SATConsult.”

“We are thrilled about this partnership with Euroconsult and look forward to our shared expertise further enhancing our customers’ experience,” said Mustapha Elriz, CEO of SATConsult.

“Both our companies have a history excellence and a solid reputation within the field. Leveraging the partnership will enable us to bring additional expertise to our existing customers while granting us the opportunity to jointly reach and service new customers. We look forward to working with Euroconsult in the years to come.”
