Kudelski had reported integrated Digital TV (iDTV) revenues of CHF336.7 million (€310.2 million) for the first half of this year, up 1.7% on the corresponding period in 2015.
In Asia/Pacific and Africa, the iDTV division saw growth of 51.8%.
Kudelski’s overall revenues and other operating income amounted to CHF481.8 million (+11.6%) and the operating income CHF33.4 million (-6.9%), while the net income was CHF21 million (+115.2%).
In its latest results, the company notes that its results benefited from the robust performance of the iDTV division, in spite of adverse market conditions in South America and in some European countries.
It also says that Conax continued its strong momentum, delivering robust first half results with high volume performance in key growth markets such as the Americas and India.
Conax added five new customer contracts including new OTT projects in the Americas and a national telecom greenfield operator in Europe for DTT and DVT-T2 operations.
Looking to the future, Kudelski gives a guidance of over CHF1 billion in revenues and between CHF90-100 million of operating for the group in 2016.
