German consultancy and research company Goldmedia has commenced the survey among online video providers for the 2016 edition of its Web-TV-Monitor.
The study commissioned by media authorities BLM and LFK assembles figures, developments and trends in the German online video market, for example regarding content, reach and viability.
Web TV operators and YouTube producers are invited to take part on Goldmedia’s website. The results will be presented during the Stuttgart Media Congress on November 22, 2016. The full study will be available free of charge for download on its website and on the websites of BLM and LFK.
In 2015, the study counted almost 9,000 web TV and YouTube channels in Germany.
