Anastasios Tzoulas has been confirmed as the administrator of the Romanian cable operator NextGen for another four years.
According to ZF, quoting the Official Gazette, the decision to extend his mandate was made by Miroslav Majoros, the general manger of Telekom Romania.
Tzoulas became deputy CFO of Romtelecom, Telekom Romania’s predecessor, in 2004 and its CFO three years later.
In 2013, he was appointed CFO of the entire Telekom Romania group.
NextGen was established in 2008 and is wholly owned by Telekom Romania.
It is headed by Florin Petolea and had a turnover of R92 million (€20.5 million) in 2015.
