Vodafone and Liberty Global have submitted commitments to the European Commission on their proposed JV between Vodafone and Ziggo in the Netherlands.
According to the EC Competition website, the undertakings were submitted on July 12. No details were disclosed.
In February, Liberty Global and Vodafone unveiled their plan to create a 50/50 joint venture in the Netherlands, combining the Ziggo cable network and Vodafone’s mobile network.
Earlier this month, the Netherlands Authority for Consumer & Markets (ACM) has asked the European Commission to be allowed to handle the merger between the two operators.
