Two new sports channels are likely to make their debuts in Poland in the third quarter.
Quoting the company’s spokesman Tomasz Matwiejczuk, Press.pl reports that Telewizja Polsat plans to give a debut to a proprietary channel dedicated to fighting sports in August.
Polsat has shown such sports, including boxing, on its other channels for some time.
Fighting sports can already be viewed in Poland on the dedicated channels Fightklub and Fightbox, operated by IKO Media Group and Kino Polska TV respectively.
Separately, Press.pl also reports that Eleven Sports Network plans to launch its third channel by the end of September.
Eleven Extra would join Eleven and Eleven Sports, both of which made their debuts in Poland in August 2015.
