The users of the NetRange smart TV portal can now access the live TV and on-demand portfolio of OmniBox TV.
The US streaming media provider offers more than 500 live channels from ESPN, Fox, ABC, CNN, Disney and other broadcasters as well as video-on-demand (VOD) services covering genres such as drama, food & wine, music and western.
“We are thrilled to bring the incredible variety of US and international content which OmniBox provides to our users, wherever they live,” said Jan Wendt, managing director of German white label smart TV solutions provider NetRange.
Jason DeMeo, president and CEO of OmniBox TV’s parent company Omniverse TV, added: “We’re excited about launching the Omniverse TV application with NetRange. I feel the timing is perfect! Consumers are demanding alternatives to view live TV without long-term contracts and expensive monthly subscription fees offered by traditional broadcast, cable and satellite outlets.”
“The joint efforts between the robust channel line-up and the massive distribution offered by NetRange will create a revolutionary alternative for subscribers desperately seeking alternatives to view content,” said DeMeo.
