A new Russian channel named TNT Music will make its debut today (Tuesday, May 31).
As previously reported by Broadband TV News, it is backed by Gazprom Media (49%) and Aleksandr Karmonov (51%) and effectively a re-launched version of A-One, a music channel that has operated since 2005.
Local reports say TNT Music will be available throughout the whole of Russia and carried by all the major operators, including Rostelcom, Tricolor TV, Dom.ru, Beeline, Akado. Magafon and Onlime, with DTH reception also being possible as an unencrypted service on the Yamal-401 satellite.
In addition, TNT Music will soon become available via apps on mobile devices and smart TVs.
