Viceland has announced a number of new appointments ahead of its launch in the UK in September.
They see Debi Roach join the company as VP TV Production EMEA, Cam Levin as VP Brand EMEA and Dan Louw as VP Development UK.
In her new role, Roach will be overseeing all production output for the channel across the region, including a slate of brand new Vice-produced UK programming.
Meanwhile, Levin, formerly at MTV International and Sky UK, will oversee audience, platform and social growth strategy as well innovating the channel’s creative billing.
Louw joins Viceland from the BBC, where he was a former head of development in its documentaries department.
Commenting on the appointments, Arjan Hoekstra, who himself joined Viceland in April to oversee international growth as general manager EMEA, said: “As we develop and grow Viceland into an international operation across the region, we are assembling a world class team based out of our London studio. Debi, Cam and Dan all bring extremely diverse but rich experiences across their respective fields – what binds them, is an innate understanding of Vice’s brand and programming, which will ensure our production, development and activation teams are operating at the vanguard of creative excellence.”
