Germany’s third largest cable operator Tele Columbus has won 14,000 new telephony and 12,000 new internet customers in Q1 2016.
From the total of almost 3.6 million connected homes, 475,000 surf the net though the cable network while 441,000 have signed up for cable telephony. 424,000 customers have opted for a premium TV product.
In Q4 2016, Tele Columbus wants to introduce a new Ultra HD/4K-ready multimedia platform developed in collaboration with Canadian video infrastructure provider Espial which acts as a central gateway in the household for linear, non-linear and mobile services across all screens.
