HD+ to show children’s TV in Ultra HD on Astra

HotC2TradingPlaces Helden der Stadt (Ruta Ett DVD AB Your Family Entertainment AG)German platform operator HD+ and Your Family Entertainment, parent company of children’s and family channels Fix&Foxi TV and RiC TV, will show animated series Heroes of the City in Ultra HD.

The broadcasts will take place on showcase channel UHD1 by Astra/HD+ on Astra (19.2° East). The series will air Saturdays at 07.00 CET and Sundays at 14.30 CET with a total of four episodes of the second season to be shown.

All HD+ customers with an Ultra HD TV set will be able to receive the transmission.

The subsidiary of Astra satellite operator SES recently agreed on similar collaborations for Ultra HD screenings of selected programmes with BonGusto, ARTE, Marco Polo TV, Spiegel TV Wissen and Spiegel Geschichte.
