Antenna Group has appointed Marc Zagar as its CFO.
He will join the company’s management board and in addition to his CFO responsibilities run its Amplifier unit, which provides a one-stop shop for digital companies aiming to expand into Eastern Europe.
Zagar previously held a number of top executive positions, including group CFO and head of financial planning, analysis and consolidation at Millicom. At Modern Times Group (MTG), he was executive VP finance and an executive committee member. He was also CFO and COO at MTG’s broadcasting division and held various senior financial management roles at Vivendi Universal Publishing.
