The Russian telco Rostelecom is to become a national MVNO covering the whole country from Q3 this year.
ComNews reports that this is following the signing of an agreement with Tele2 and will allow the company to focus on the provision of quad-play, rather than just mobile, services.
It adds that the maximum value of the agreement, which covers both the B2B and B2C sectors, is R330.4 million (€4.4 million), including VAT.
In 2014, Rostelecom signed an agreement with Tele2 to allow it to operate as an MVNO in specific regions of Russia, including the Urals.
