The IPTV/OTT set-top box manufacturer Infomir has developed apps for popular mobile platforms that allow watching channels using multiscreen technology.
They run with Stalker middleware free software, which many operators around the world use. The Android version, called Stalker for Android is already available for downloading at Google Play, while iOS app presentation will take place at TV Connect 2016.
Among other novelties Infomir (Stand 51) will showcase are its ultimate elaborations of IPTV/OTT equipment – MAG254w1 and MAG256 set-top boxes.
They are the successors of Infomir’s basic set-top boxes with substantial improvements like more powerful processors and HEVC support (MAG256).
Meanwhile, the premium line of MAG set-top boxes consists of MAG350 and MAG352. They are equipped with the most powerful chipsets, support HEVC and MAG352 is the first Infomir’s device able to play back 4k video.
