SPI International has launched eight FilmBox brand channels on Tanzania’s Continental Digital Media Content, a DTH/DTT service operated by Sahara Media Group from Mwanza, Tanzania.
Commenting on the development, Amit Karni, SPI International’s Head of Sales Africa, said: “SPI’s channels are broadcast via ABS-3A, a premium satellite located at the 3 degrees West orbital position. SPI channel portfolio offers top quality entertainment: from all-time movie classics, live martial arts events, extreme sports videos, amazing wild life documentaries, fashion shows to independent music videos and interactive games”.
