AMC Networks International – Central Europe (AMCNI CE) will significantly increase its reach in Slovakia from this Friday, April 1, when Digi Slovakia and Slovak Telekom both add the channel to their lineup.
AMC will be available for the first time for subscribers of Digi Slovakia, while Slovak Telekom will add the channel to its basic satellite package Magio TV M, complementing existing distribution on the Magio IPTV platform.
Commenting on the development, AMCNI CE regional sales director Balazs Hajos said: “We are delighted that the subscribers of both Digi Slovakia and Slovak Telekom will be able to watch AMC’s original programming, including the upcoming world premiere of the new season of Fear the Walking Dead. These new launches in Slovakia highlight the growing demand for AMC in the region.
