Yves Martin has been appointed the new CMO at Orange Romania, effective May 1.
In his new role, he will coordinate strategy and marketing activities, online, TV, customer insights, brand and communication and new business lines, namely fixed communication servivces and Orange Money.
Martin has 19 years experience in telecoms, having begun his career at Frace Telecom in 1997 and held several positions at Orange between 2000 and 2014.
In the last two years he has served as VP of marketing in the areas of home and convergence at Orange France.
The commercial activities of Orange Romania will now be headed by Martin, with Claudiu Dragomir coordinating sales and distribution, Florin Popa B2B and Irina Matea customer service.
Meanwhile, Julien Ducarroz, the current commercial director at Orange Romania, will become CEO of Orange Moldova on May 1.
