The number of pay-TV complaints received against BT fell in the fourth quarter of 2015.
Regulator Ofcom says 15 complaints were received against the telco per 1,000 customers, compared to 25 in the preceding quarter, following the controversial pricing on the new BT Sport Europe.
BT remains above the industry average of 4 complaints per 1,000 customers.
TalkTalk continues to receive a significant number of complaints at 14 per 1,000, while Virgin Media and Sky are on 3 and 1 complaints respectively.
