A+E Networks has entered into an agreement with Orange TV in Poland.
As a result, its channels Lifetime, Crime+Investigation, History and H2 are now being offered on Orange TV’s nrewly-launched IPTV service.
Commenting on the development, Izabella Wiley, general manager, A+E Networks Poland said: “A+E Networks’ channels are successful, appreciated and well-recognised by Polish viewers. We are very pleased that Orange is adding all four channel brands available in the territory to its newly-created offering, enabling Orange TV’s subscribers to enjoy our exciting programming line-up this spring.”
Michal Paschalis-Jakubowicz, board member at Orange Poland, added: “Over the next three years Orange will reach up to 3.5 million families with superfast internet connection. I am very pleased that we will be able to offer it bundled with a TV offering, perfectly responding to the needs of our customers. A+E Networks’ channels offer a unique slate of programming that has proven to attract viewers in Poland and internationally. A+E Networks now reaches over 18 million viewers in Poland.
Globally, its channels are distributed in over 200 territories to over 350 million households.
