German entertainment channel Anixe HD will turn into a TV series channel on April 1, 2016.
Anixe HD Serie, as the channel will be called, will screen reruns of well-known German series previously shown by Sat.1 and ProSieben, for example Alphateam – Die Lebensretter im OP, HeliCops – Einsatz über Berlin, Hallo Onkel Doc!, SK Kölsch and Klinikum Berlin Mitte – Leben in Bereitschaft.
In a trailer on its YouTube site, Anixe HD Serie gives viewers a first look at its new programmes (see below).
Anixe SD which used to simulcast Anixe HD in standard resolution will keep its schedule consisting of religious programmes and infomercials among other content.
