ThinkAnalytics expands customer base

March 23, 2016 11.35 Europe/London By Julian Clover

Think AnalyticsThinkAnalytics says it signed 12 new customers during 2015. The search and recommendations engine specialist is now used by over 70 video providers in 40 countries.

Additional business has come through ThinkAnalytics’ long-standing agreement with Liberty Global and there have also been new deals signed with Astro Malaysia, CenturyLink and PCCW.

The total number of subscribers covered by ThinkAnalytics stands at over 170 million.

“With our regional offices around the world we now have global reach. This, combined with the capability of deploying the solution in a matter of weeks either on-premise or as a cloud-based service, is resulting in an increased demand for our technology. We have a very positive outlook for 2016 with contracts wins and customer deployments continuing at an increasing pace,” said Peter Docherty, Founder and Chief Technology Officer, ThinkAnalytics.

Support has been added for ten new languages bringing the total to 32, including Hindi and Mandarin.
