A new channel named IN TV has made its debut in Slovakia.
Medialne reports that it is majority (52%) owned by the company Key Art Agency, which is backed by Juraj Kuchárek, Róbert Karas, Pavol Kuchárek and Johana Karasová.
The other shareholders are Mária Eib and Július Gregus, who hold respective stakes of 38% and 10%.
IN TV will be a national service and offer viewers what it terms objective and independent public information, along with entertainment programming, including Latin American series.
It will be distributed via DTT, satellite (Astra), cable and local providers (Isper, Antik and Magio) and over the internet.
