Failed bidders have filed a complaint against the award of a number of licences for what will be Poland’s eighth multiplex (MUX 8).
Quoting the National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT) and Rzeczpospolita, Satkurier reports that the complainants are Radio Eska (which is part of the ZPR Media group), Telewizja Puls, Scripps Networks Polska and Zygmunt Solorz-Zak’s Telewizja Polska (Cyfrowy Polsat) and Superstacja.
The complaint refers to the licences granted to Kiwi TV, Zoom TV and Nowa TV (TV#).
However, it is at this stage not clear if it also covers the one awarded to WP1.
