Ofcom has issued advice to consumers after a number of Sky customers complained about being moved to a new calls package.
In December 2015, Sky dropped its existing Sky Talk packages, moving customers to one of four new Talk packages.
Sky had informed its customers of the changes in October, giving them 30 days to switch to another package, or cancel the Sky Talk package.
But some customers were still unhappy and complained to Ofcom. Following the invention of the regulator, Sky has agreed to give customers until January 31 to change their minds on the package and still keep the benefits from other Sky services.
