In a special move promoting its HD service to American Football fans, German platform operator M7 Deutschland will drop the encryption of TV channels Sat.1 HD and ProSieben Maxx HD during the NFL Playoffs for the 50th edition of the Super Bowl.
All customers of cable and IPTV operators receiving their TV packages from M7 will be able to receive the playoff games of the divisional round free of charge.
The live transmissions will commence on January 16, 2016 at 22.10 on ProSieben Maxx and at 02.00 CET on Sat.1 as well as on January 17, 2016 at 18.55 CET on ProSieben Maxx and at 22.15 CET on Sat.1.
The suspension of the encryption of the channels which M7 distributes in its Basis HD package will take place automatically for viewers.
