Norway’s Get TV is adding five international channels into its basic entertainment package.
Prime, SET Asia, ARY Digital, Colors and Rishtey Europe will be added into the cablenet’s most flexible package where 80 of the 100 channels are optional.
“Many of our customers want access to Asian content, Bollywood movies. We’re now meeting this demand by expanding the number of channels with Pakistani and Indian content. The five ethnic channels can be selected into the Start package, and customers will not have to pay extra for the channels,” says Torbjørn Aamodt, product director, Get.
The tailored package, available since 2013, has a core offer of 20 channels. Customers can then select which channels appeal to the most and add them to the package.
In addition, customers can choose from 13 other international channels: TV Polonia, RTR Planeta, TRT Turk, HRT, TVE International, RTL, TV5MONDE, France 24 French, France 24 English, Das Erste, Rai Uno, 3sat, Al Jazeera Arabic, Al Jazeera English
