TVPlayer has gone live on Apple TV, adding a selection of 85 free and pay-TV channels in one fell swoop.
It’s the latest content provider to take advantage of the 4th Generation Apple TV device, which adds an App Store for the first time. TVPlayer already has an app on iOS.

We see the new Apple TV as a great new way for viewers to watch all of our channels. For iPhone and iPad users, TVPlayer’s free app is also available for viewing out of home.”
25 premium channels are included for a £4.99 monthly fee: Lifetime, TLC, Sony Entertainment, Sony Movies, History, Discovery Channel, I.D., Discovery Turbo, Animal Planet, H2, CI, National Geographic, Nat Geo Wild, Eurosport, Eurosport 2, Cartoon Network, Boomerang, Cartoonito and BabyTV.
The BBC, Sky and VRT also have apps on the new platform.
