Hrvatski Telekom (HT) has appointed Sinisa Duranovic senior VP responsible for strategy and business development, legal, regulatory, and compliance affairs, and wholesale.
He will continue performing his duties as general counsel of HT, reporting directly to the president of the management board.
Duranovic has been employed by HT since 2000. As of last year, he has also held the position of chairman of the supervisory board of Optima Telekom.
