The company that publishes the Radio Times has announced plans to acquire online and TV shopping channel Jewellery Maker.
The West Midlands-based company was founded in 2010 and employs over 100 people. Its niche in the highly competitive home shopping market is people who make their own jewellery. The TV channel has distribution across, Sky, Freesat and Virgin Media.

We look for opportunities where there is deep engagement with audiences, where we can quickly integrate the technology and business model, and where there is real growth potential. Jewellery Maker, and the platform and systems that are part of this deal, ticks all those boxes.”
Immediate reaches over 18 million UK consumers a month through brands including Radio Times, BBC Gardeners’ World, BBC Good Food, Olive and MadeForMums.
