The Spanish regulator CNMC has fined Telefónica €5 million for breaching rules related to leased lines (ORLA).
In a statement, it says that the violations took place between October 2010 and February 2015 and impacted negatively on operators like Vodafone, Jazztel and BT and their business customers.
CNMC adds that the decision cannot be appealed against through administrative channels but reviewed in the High Court within two months of its notification.
