Ronny Verhelst will remain CEO of German cable operator Tele Columbus following the takeover of Primacom and the planned integration of Pepcom while Joachim Grendel, CEO of Primacom, will leave the Tele Columbus group at his own request on November 15, 2015.
Besides Verhelst, CFO Frank Posnanski will continue to be part of the board of directors of Tele Columbus.
The management board will in future comprise Stefan Beberweil (chief marketing officer), Diana-Camilla Matz (chief customer sales officer) and Ludwig Modra (chief technology officer, CTO). Jean-Pascal Roux will head the housing industry sales department.
Reinhard Sauer, CTO of Tele Columbus, will leave the cable operator on October 31, 2015 to pursue new challenges.
The further integration of the companies within the Tele Columbus group will be headed by Jens Müller in the position of chief integration officer.
