ETV+The Estonian public broadcaster ERR has launched a new channel aimed at Russian language speakers in the country.

Known as ETV+, it offers a wide range of mostly entertainment-based programming and includes a simultaneous translation into Estonian.

Reports indicate that the annual budget for ETV+, which is aimed at viewers aged 25-55, will amount to €4 million.

ETV+ has already secured distribution on Levira’s TasutaTV terrestrial network, Elion, KTV Mini, Starman, Telset and Interframe OÜ.
