The Italian free-to view DTH platform Tivùsat now has 2.5 million activated smartcards.
Launched in July 2009, it offers viewers 69 national channels, along with seven international and one local channel in HD.
Tivùsat can be received through a certified Tivùsat device (decoder or TV with CAM), satellite dish pointed at Eutelsat 13 degrees East and smartcard included in the decoder’s or CAM’s package.
Tivùsat ended 2014 with 2.3 million activated smartcards, gaining 275,000 during the year.
