Voxtok Music for TV app in Foxxum app store

September 15, 2015 20.24 Europe/London By Robert Briel

VOXTOKVoxtok, provider of HiFi connected systems for music services, and Foxxum have announced the upcoming release of Voxtok Music for TV on the Foxxum application store.

With a unique set of features the Voxtok Music for TV app will bring a music experience to connected TVs and set-top boxes worldwide.

Voxtok Music for TV availability on Foxxum application store will provide a simple user interface to control a unified music library, whether based on personal files or streaming services. The service automatically adds the covers, names, and titles to the user’s files and combines several sources into one unique and simple library. At the same time it provides additional content such as radio stations and playlists, all accompanied by great recommendation and discovery features.

The Voxtok Music service itself is a multi-room jukebox controlled with a TV remote or a tablet – HTML 5 and HbbTV compliant – providing listeners a standalone music-on-TV user experience. Earlier this year, the company launched its AudioCapsule, a CES Award winning Audiophile-grade player and multi-room server.

“Foxxum is a very natural choice for the delivery of our innovative Music Services. We will bridge the gap between the world of connected TVs and Audio markets, enabling users to rediscover their music library at home, through the lens of a big screen”, said Thibaut Dabonneville, VP Marketing at Voxtok.

„It has always been our mission at Foxxum, to bring high quality content to connected devices. With Voxtok we are now integrating a one-of-a-kind music service which truly adds to the Foxxum user experience by connecting to the world of sound“, added Ronny Lutzi, CEO at Foxxum.
