Zappware will be showcasing some recently added updates to its end-to-end platform for DVB, IPTV, OTT and hybrid networks.
Aside from the UIs given a fresh new contemporary look, they include voice control, a personalised home screen, end users being able to receive TV-related notifications or control the TV screen through an Apple Watch.
Other features to be added include a substantial extension of its HTML5 UI, a facility to promote content and/or products on dedicated screens, a new My Library page map. Its service delivery system has been extended with a file-based catch-up TV workflow and can now provide real-time access to user activity.
Furthermore, its back-office is also integrated with content delivery components from Thomson, Harmonic, Cisco and Broadpeak.
